Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
Purpose
These terms govern your use of obsigna.com, including its documentation. By browsing the site you accept them. They do not govern the Obsigna products themselves, which are subject to separate agreements.
Acceptance
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site. We may refuse access to anyone who breaches them.
Access and availability
We aim to keep the site available but offer no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including the documentation, without notice.
Intellectual property
The Obsigna name, wordmark, sigil, visual identity, and the text and diagrams published on this site belong to AILAB or are licensed to it. No right of use is granted beyond ordinary consultation of the site.
Prohibited uses
You may not extract the site's content at a rate that degrades its operation, circumvent technical measures, reproduce a substantial part of the documentation for a competing publication, or use the site to distribute unlawful content.
No warranty
The documentation is published for information. It describes intended behaviour and may lag the products it describes. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a commitment as to availability or performance, or an offer to contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AILAB is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site, including loss of data, profit, or opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury or fraud.
External links
The site links to third-party resources we do not control. Those links are not endorsements, and we are not answerable for third-party content.
Personal data
This site is cookieless and collects no personal data. Our privacy notice sets out what that means and how to reach us about it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. The last-updated date above records the version in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts having jurisdiction under those rules.
